Since 1996, I've worked with organisation after organisation after organisation who employs training without the "stickiness" that is needed to embed the learning so that you get a return on your leadership dollars spent in the classroom.  

Sadly, Leadership Development Training DOESN'T WORK, it's a broken system of learning.  

It's broken because there is a lack of continuity from the classroom to KPI's (key performance indicators) to the coach (managers and leaders within organisations) in providing support, stretch and measurement.  

In effect, we send changed people back into an unchanged environment and expect them to flourish.

Leadership is hard enough without a broken system making it more so.
